Gretchen Erickson HHP, CMT
I specialize in deep tissue massage as well as energetic release. The neck is one of my specialties, as well as one of my favorite parts of the body to work on. I became interested in massage therapy after I sprained my own neck and was in need of some pain relief. As a result of my own neck problems, my skill on neck massage became very good. Massage opened my eyes to a whole other world of alternative care. I attended Poway Academy for my Holistic Health Practitioner training.
Tim Knutson HHP, CMT
After a career in the construction industry, Tim was able to follow his intuition to enter the healthcare world by attending massage school. He was drawn to this path in the healing arts after having been witness to the powerful potential that massage offers. Tim is a certified yoga teacher and a Somatic Educator. He can also be found on long, quiet hikes in the wilderness or climbing up the side of a mountain.
“To me, the healing nature of massage is something that all of us can benefit from, especially in our fast-paced (and often stressful) technological society. From personal experience, I have found that massage can promote healing and health in ways that honor the human body’s intrinsic desire for balance. My desire is to share this work with my clients and empower them to find the most freedom in their bodies.”
