Wellness Philosophy

Integrated Physical Medicine (IPM) is best described as focusing on the whole person, including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

At Paisley Wellness Center, we focus on the mind/body connection as a central part of overall wellness. We believe that when you teach a patient alongside treatment, they are more likely to take control of their own health. When regaining control of your wellness occurs, treatments and modalities are more effective, last longer, and reap more long-term benefits.

We take pride in using an evidence-based approach coupled with the therapeutic qualities you see in a wellness clinic. The goal will always be building confidence, comfortability and trust to get you to your health goals.

Wellness Center Services

Chiropractic

New Age Chiropractic and the Evidence-Based Model.

Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy (CMT) is an effective form of pain relief for many different issues ranging from headaches, neck pain, low back pain, sciatica and frozen shoulder. CMT is a joint mobilization technique utilized by chiropractors that can aid in more pain-free range of motion and improve joint restriction. Here at Paisley Wellness Center, we are proud to offer the highest level of care that follows the ever-changing research regarding the human body and musculoskeletal system.

At our facility, you will never be sold a year-long care plan. Instead, your treatment will be tailored to your specific needs. Additional therapies are often utilized, such as electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, therapeutic exercises and myofascial therapy.

Acupuncture

The World Health Organization states that Acupuncture is a viable treatment for over 100 conditions.

Acupuncture has been practiced for over 5,000 years in many parts of Asia. It's ability to balance the immune system, reduce stress, increase blood circulation, relieve pain, and treat other disease related conditions, make it the perfect alternative to conventional western, drug-oriented medicine.

Our acupuncturists work in a private setting and tailor treatments specifically to each patient. All the doctors in the clinic work together to give the patient the best possible treatment solutions throughout various in-clinic modalities.

Podiatric Care

Whether you have slight discomfort or severe pain, we can provide you with care that allows you to live the lifestyle you want!

Carmel Valley Foot & Ankle Surgery is a full-service podiatry care center providing gentle and specialized podiatry services to men, women, and children of all ages in San Diego. We utilize the latest technology including digital x-rays and shockwave therapy in a safe and comfortable setting.

We specialize in preventative medicine, sports medicine, biomechanics, and surgery of the foot and ankle. We are committed to treating every patient with the utmost respect, care and compassion.

Massage Therapy

More than relaxation.

Massage therapy is a vital part of a complete treatment plan for chronic pain, anxiety and even prenatal issues. Muscle tension, soft tissue damage, and scar tissue can be treated with medical massage treatments. Regular massage treatments move and dispose of toxins stored in our bodies that can cause headaches, stomach disorders, and other diseases.

Our licensed massage therapists are hand-picked, experienced, and work at the medicinal level. Our massage therapists facilitate relaxation, help relieve stress, unwind muscle patterns and open channels to allow healing.

Massage can be an effective form of pain relief, and a way to gain mental clarity and decompress from the stressors of life.
